How it works

No. 1

Build your storefront

A clean page at getworknest.com/b/your-name. Add dishes, photos, prices. It reads like a little newspaper — not a marketplace.

A Worknest storefront: the shop name, today's hours, pickup and minimum order, then dishes with prices and an Add button.
A real Worknest storefront — Sushi Brooklyn, newspaper skin.

No. 2

Set your pickup windows

Say when you cook and how many orders you'll take per half-hour. Worknest holds the line so you never oversell a batch.

The cook's pickup-window settings: two saved windows, 10:00 to 13:30 and 17:00 to 23:45, and the days of the week she is open.
The pickup windows, in the app — Sushi Brooklyn.

No. 3

Get paid — tips and all

Share the link anywhere your customers already are — a text, a flyer, your Instagram bio. Customers order and pay by card. Tips go 100% to you, and payouts land in your bank.

A customer's order page: the order is ready for pickup, with the pickup address, the items, the tip and the total.
The page your customer gets — a real Worknest order.

Every tip your customer adds goes straight to you. We never take a cut of it.

Built for home kitchens

Pickup windows, per-half-hour limits, and automatic customer texts — made for one cook, not a franchise.

The fine print, in plain words

Payments handled by Stripe

Every order is processed by Stripe, the same payments used by millions of businesses. Worknest never stores your card details or your customers'.

Do I need an LLC?

No. Start as yourself. You can add a business entity later, when you're ready — nothing about Worknest requires one to begin.

What does it cost?

Nothing to start, and no monthly fee. A small service fee is added to the customer's total at checkout, so your price stays whole.

When do I get paid?

Payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe. Your very first payout takes 7–14 days (Stripe verifies every new account); after that, payouts typically land within about 2 business days of each order.

Saw us on your card statement?

A charge from a shop that uses Worknest

Worknest is the software small food and service businesses use to take orders online. When you buy from one of them, the seller is the merchant — your statement should show their business name. If it shows ours, or a name you do not recognise, it is almost always an order placed through a shop's Worknest page.

The quickest way to identify it: check the confirmation text or email you received when you ordered — it names the shop and links to your order.

Still not sure, or need a refund?

Email founder@getworknest.com with the amount and date and we will trace the order and put you in touch with the seller. Please contact us before disputing with your bank — we can usually resolve it the same day.
